Update 2 (2011)

A couple years back we bought a Factory Five 1933 Ford Kit that we were extremely excited about building. We had plans to turn it into a performance streetrod for 2011 show year… but then… Well things kinda got sidetracked. Between the Velocity being auctioned off at Barrett Jackson earlier this year and the 48HourCamaro build in May, there was little time to get our elbows greasy on our first streetrod build.

But now things have sort of calmed down and the build has been revived. There has been a lot of work done on the streetrod these past couple months, it’s finally starting to resemble our original vision. Most of the chassis work is done, the engine and transmission are in, and the body panels are going on. We’re shooting to have the streetrod done for next year’s events so work on the car has been accelerating. Look out for more updates about this project later this year.
