Ok here goes.. I have been fighting this thing for way too long.
Basics: Solid rear axle, 4 bar triangulated link, independent airlines and valves to each bag. Front has street rod style MII with double convoluted bags, seperate lines and valves. All four corners have new Bilstien shocks.

Problem(s):
Rear of car does not raise even with air pressure. Drivers side requires 20-30 more lbs of air to raise even. If this is considered normal then we have major problems. This causes the car to be unstable on the road to the point of minimal control. Since one side is basically full of air and the other is soft, Car wants to squat on pass side on acceleration and dive on decelleration. I won' t even begin to tell you how it acts on uneven roads and curves. By the way, the 4 bar moves smoothly through all levels of motion.
The front raises fairly even but still requires 10lbs difference to inflat the bags to the ride height.
Any ideas or experiences with simular problems???

It is pretty common to have 5-10 psi difference from side to side to level the car out due to manufacturing tolerances and weight distribution. 20 is a little much though. I seriously doubt it is the air bag, more likely something mechanical. I would start by measuring differences side to side to make sure everything was welded on straight. Then maybe start loosening bolt such as control arm and shocks to make sure nothing was overtightened or binding.

Have done all that . Just replaced air line to LR Bag last night to eliminate a splice fitting. I will disconnect the shocks again tonight to see if this loosens up the ability to raise. not exactly sure , but I believe the rear bags are the 70mm reversible sleeves, with a design height of 6-8" .
