PIMPALA

I got the air struts for my 2003 impala. I installed the ones in the back but i have some issues.
1)i wasn' t able to put my sway bar back on bcuz the back of the stut would rub against it. I removed the sway bar for now but shouldn' t the bags fit with the bar. The suspension layout is the same on the impala as the monte carlo and the grand prix (all w-bodies). Did you have to remove the bar on the monte carlo install?
2)When i drive the car the struts make noise. It sounds like somethings loose. It literally sounds like i have a tool box in my trunk and the metal sockets and clinking each other. I know the bolts that hold the actual strut to the car are tight. I didn' t know how tight the lock nut should be on the top of the strut. And on one the struts when the try turning the lock nut the whole top (the shock adjusting knob) turns with the nut.
The rattles are really annoying. Makes me think twice if i should have bagged the car. I was looking to improve the overall handling of the car and still have the ride qualtity. Right now i' m scared to test and push the car.
