bagging a 89 Lincoln Town Car

I have been looking through the new catalog. I figure that maybe the best way would be the shock wave set up replacing the factory shocks and springs in the front. and same in the rear. what is the thoughts on this?? doable.

I don' t know if the Shockwave will fit or not. You will have to measure it up.

First off pimpin where you located? just curious i also have an 89 Town Car... any ways....

I have posted on here several times asking about a kit for a 89 TC or my new project a 96 TC... with no luck, & little help... how ever i have found a site that has kits for 80-04 Town Cars, they carry the brackets & all that good stuff to... u might wanna check it out...

Thanks for the link, just what I was looking for. Looks like I will checking into it next spring. Hey if air ride won' t put up, and keep concintrating on the GMs. I will go some place else. I am in good ol' Wyoming.

I don' t know if your ' 89 has the same chassis as the Mark 8' s or if they are similar but try Lincolns of Distinction http://mark8.org/lod/, if you haven' t yet. DJKale runs the site and is a member of this forum. They might know something about it. If they are the MN12 chassis as the ' 89 and up Thunderbirds, then come check out my site BAGGEDBIRDS.com http://www.BAGGEDBIRDS.com We have done it with Shockwaves and Kale was working some things also.

I doubt an 89 Town Car would have the same Chassis as a Mark 8. Since the TC is much older & a 4 Door, & the Mark would me much newer & a 2 door... I meen it is possible... but i hightly doubt it.... same thing would go for a T-Bird & a Croun Vic...
