Alright Tony, Trent or any of the ART guys,

I have the Front shockwave setup and Rear Airbar setup ordered for my 2004 ford F150 2wd supercrew. I have several questions about the rear setup, front looks way to easy.

What is everyone doing with the exhaust pipe that appears to be in the way of the right rear bag? are you just cutting off the rear section of pipe over the axle right behind the muffler and putting on a turn down or getting a new section of pipe custom bent back into the stock exit location so it missed the bag location? I have found several manufacturers that build a side exit ehaust the dumps before the rear axle... I have yet to see any good pictures of the ART ' 04 Ford f150 or the Whipple ' 04 F150 of this area.

Also I am leaning towards the 20/22 combo like on the ART ' 04 F150 what kind of backspacing did you use on the 20 X8.5 front rims and 22X10 Rear rims to get them to tuck in the fender lips??? I know I could go measure but why when you guys have already done it and they fit with the ART kit installed.

We just put a turndown on the exhaust. For the wheel I would go with 22' s front and rear. I would call Billet Specialties on the backspacing.

Got my parts couple days ago. They look great:D, hope they fit just as good. I will be getting started on the wiring system and ridepro e this weekend, so the bag install can follow in short order. I am glad I am a somewhat experienced in the garage when it comes to vehicles because your instructions SUCK[:' (] on the rear airbar setup!!!!! Granted it doesn' t look that hard because I understand how it should work, but for a novice with no 4 link or airbag experience they might stuggle:eek:.
