Questions about bagging an Avalanche

I have an ' 03 Chevy Avalanche 2wd Z66 with 23 inch wheels and 305/45 tires.

I think I want to bag it rather than a lowering kit but really know nothing about this kind of system.

How will it affect my ride?
What kit do I need?
How low/high can I make it?
Is it simple to install or do I need to have a shop do it?

I think I talked to you on the phone this morning????
Shockwave up front and CoolRide in the rear. Driving height will be about 3" lower than factory and fully deflated is about 6. Gotta watch for tire clearance with that big of a wheel tho.
