Control Arm Bushing Lubrication

I am in the process of installing a set of control arms in my C1500 truck. I wonder if it is advisable to installl grese zerks for future lubrication of the bushings.
Has anyone done this?
Besides, are you supposed to fill the control arm bushings entirely with grease before installing them?

Those arms use a poly bushing with is lubricated with lithium grease when assembled here. Any nonpetroluem based will work tho...regular grease will deteriorate the bushing. You shouldn' t need to install a grease fitting, they should be fine.
