I have a f,b,s,s kit w/ 8 smc electronic valves, 2 water traps, 1 guage, 1 10switch control box (pre-wired), a 150 pressure switch,2 5gal tanks, 2 450c viar 100% duty compressors and a lot of other stuff I need help installing. I' m not a moron but there are just so many fittins and what not I' m a little confused. I' d like to talk to someone on the phone, but the forum is fine unless someone can talk on the phone. I have the basic idea, but why are there 8 valves? And if I have one pressure switch where do I put it and how does it opperate both tanks? it seems that I have TONS of extra connectors. I can take pics and send them to people if necessary. But I basically need a better run down of how everything goes and connects. Thanks a lot.

The 8 valves are so you can have independant control over each corner. Two valves for each wheel(one of them is to air up and the other one is to let air out). The pressure switch is going to recieve pressure from the tanks and send power to turn on the compressers. Depending on where you mount all your stuff will depend on exactly how you plumb everything but mainly you want a pressured line going to each bag, and then have your fill valve first and then a tee fitting with your dump valve in between the bag and the fill valve. It would be easier to draw it out on paper and decide what fittings you will want to use and make sure you have everything you need before starting...if you have extra fittings then no big deal...thay probably just throw in extras since other people may need or want to plumb differently.

I figured out most of what you posted last night by just thinking through everything. My problem now is that where does the pressure " whoha" go? I know how to wire it up. but do I connect it to both tanks somehow? Or just one? And where does it go? before the compressor? After the compressor? before the water traps? After?

Thanks.

Do you have a relay?

The pressure will be the same in both tanks if setup properly. You only need one switch.

if you use one pressure switch, wouldn' t that divide 150 psi between the two tanks
even if you were to plumb the in series or parallel it seems that both tanks would have 75 psi each. if im wrong some please let me know
i would run 2 swtiches with separate compressors

my .02 :D

You are wrong 150 psi is 150 psi.
