Is there a kit for my ' 99 half-ton suburban?

If its 2WD there is, it' s actually the same as the 1/2 ton truck up front. In the back, if its 4 door, we have an AirBar kit for it.

How much does this cost with compressor and tank and everything I need?

Sorry, I goofed. We do not have an AirBar for the Burban, I was thinking of the Tahoe. The best setup for the rear is still a 4 link but you will have to use the weld-on version. Takes a little more time but will save you on initial cost, $799.00.
Up front I would use the Shockwaves, they bolt in except for minor trimming, $899/pair.
As far as compressor kit goes are you concerned with how fast it raises?
