1968 camaro...

I have a 1968 camaro....i bought shockwaves for the front , and also dakota enginering upper and lower a arms.....my shockwaves have a bracket on the bottom to bolt on the lower a arm does it bolt from the top or bottom....the top side is really hard to get a tool in there to tighten it.....does anybody have an answer...?

The T-bar should sit on top of the lower arm. Other wise you would only have two 3/8" bolts holding the car up.
