Shockwave Warranty

I' ve on ly had my Air ride system in a little over 9 months and i noticed that one of my Shockwaves had become bent and was not allowing the car to fully drop. On closer inspection it seems that the piston rod of the shock absorber has a serve bend in it, is this covered by warranty?
