I have all ART components with the new digital ride pro system.I have had problems with the pressure readouts. Two work ok but the other two are always erratic and wrong.I called ART and they said run the ground for the brain right to the negative on the battery which has been done with no change, Then I ran a gound from the sending units' s bracket to the battery as well.I am wondering if it is the senders or something else.I would really like to get this resolved because I depend on knowing the pressure for ride height to clear the 22s.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, it really sucks when the sending units don' t work! I feel ya! I believe your problem is the sending units themselves, I' ve had two go on me already. They aren' t the toughest little units out there so far. Since changing the two, I think even one is on it' s way out already. Some days they read fine, and then some days they' ll get eratic again, it' s all in the sending unit if only one or two are doing it and the rest are fine. I' d call them up again and ask them to send you two new ones and send your old one' s back for inspection and a refund. I have two sitting on my shelf in front of me right now that I' m too lazy to send back for a measly $50 refund.

switch the seding units around to see if they are bad and make sure the stainless bracket isnt touching any metal surfaces. Another one is to keep them a ways away from the compressors. I had major fluctuations when i first got my set-up hooked up but it was all installers(me) error. now everything is great:D

My sending unit bracket is bolted right onto my compressor bracket which is bolted onto the old rear bumper mounts right on the frame. ECU ground wire is grounded to the sending unit bracket and I get the best readings I think you can achiever +_ 1PSI on average with good sending units.

Sounds like bad senders. We have recently changed mfg. and the new one are better. Give us a call again.
