I am looking at putting a full air ride system on my 4dr 2wd tahoe. I want to go with the air bar in the back, strong arms in the front and the ride pro e/big red system. At this point I am just worried about reliability etc. I don' t drive the truck very often right now, I am sure that will change with the new look. I just don' t want to spend the money on something that may become a headache. I have talked to some people and they say that they have never had any problems. I also read on here that a guy with a 98 tahoe broke his shockwave twice. Is that a common problem? I would just like the input of others before I spend the big bucks.

For a reliable air suspended vehicle you' ve come to the right place. Nobody can top ART' s quality and reliability. I can vouch that my Air suspension has never left me stranded even when I screwed up and blew an air line this summer due to my fault. I won' t hesitate this summer to drive anywhere with my setup. I trust it as much as my stock suspension. It' s all in the proper install really, I mean any product out there is only as good as it' s installation too. So take your time, and you should be good to go, follow the directions as close as possible.

I agree with sparx. Airride offers the most reliable air suspension on the market and it IS comparable to stock if the install is done right. I' ve had mine on for almost 2 years now and no problems!
