I' m looking to bag my 66 Ford Galaxie 500. I' m pretty sure the front end is similar to the thunderbird of that year but the rear has coils. Any ideas or has someone done one?

Never done one. Is the coil on top of the lower arm or upper?

Are you talking about the front or rear. The rear is a Ford 9 inch axle with coils and panhard bars, a pretty tricky set up to modify it looks like but I think it can be done!

It' s definitely different than the T-bird. I would just use our universal kit ARI1001 & S1000 for the front. In the rear, Does is have the coil on top of the axle or on the trailing arm?

I' m gonna have to look again to make sure but I believe it is on top of the axle. I don' t have the car with me right now, it' s at the shop.

Darren,

Just want to confirm with you, it has the coils on top of the axle and the top of the spring has a little pocket built into the body.

OK, I would use the ARI1002 in the back then.
