will the S10 RoadGRATER fit a 1987 s-10 sized blazer?If not do you know of a kit that will sit it on the rails?

No. You will have to use a weld on 4 link.

Ok.Does ART offer a weld on kit for a 83-98 s-10 blazer.Also I have a large 85 suburban,does ART or any other company offer a kit for it?

ARS13500 for the s-10. This will include the air spring, shocks and brackets. $699
ARS14500 for the burban. $799 You will need to upgrade the bags for an extra $200
