Can' t get my truck to lay frame

i have a 94 chevy extended cab. im bagged on 22' s and i cant get my truck to lay out in the front. ive cut the frame for the control arms. the frame is prolly about an inch or inch 1/2 off the ground. just wondering if anyone knows if i can lay frame with stock control arms. please help.

are you still runnin front fenders?you might wanna check and see if your tires are hitting them

fullsize or mini? I' m going to assume it' s a fullsize since you said 22s.

Do you have tubular arms, if not i bet your balljoints are binding and that' s holding you up.
