I' m about to start my second s10 and i was wondering what would happen if I was to use a tire that was smaller the 26 tall, would the ride height be lower?Would this damage anything on the kit?Now for the Big red compressor kit,Is there anyway that you can buy this kit with out the tank, and if so how muc cheaper would it be?Thnx in advance

We can knock off $75 for the tank.
You will loose travel with a shorter tire.

You' ll be safe as long as you don' t bottom out too hard... Maybe just find a set of bigger bumpstops so that the frame don' t smash in the ground everytime you bottom out, you should bottom out on the bumpstop first whenever you reach the limit of your travel before laying frame....

I recently installed a Roadgrater on my ' 98 S-10. It feels like the truck has some vibrtions coming from the driveline. What can I do to fix this?

paint slinger- check your pinion angle

kustom85burb- you won' t get the lift that you would with a bigger wheel. You can make a spacer and put it underneath the bag and ontop of the plate to regain that lift. Of course that would need a longer shocks since the stock RG shocks are basically built for a bigger wheel/tire. Also you don' t want to over extend a sleeve bag so you could use a limiting strap if you so choose. Just make sure all the calculations of the spacer is correct and you' ll be fine. I currently run a smaller tire as well. I run bout 30-40psi back there. I drive with it about close to tucking the lip of a 15" wheel. Once you drive it around you' ll see where you' ll hit frame and where you won' t. Of course dragging is what it' s all about anyways.

How do I check my pinion angle? Would bigger wheels stop this? I' m only using a 26 inch tall tire.

go to your local hardware store and grab and angle finder. Then measure the angle from the rear end then the angle from the tranny. They should be opposite. For example one is a - and the other is a +
