i own a 98 gmc sierra extended cab 4X4, and i want to put a nice air bag set up on it, but i have some questions about it ....

1. will the air bags mess up my 4X4?

2. i live in alaska so the winters here r very cold sometimes 1 below zero, so will that affect the airbags in any way?

3. what a good brand and a good set up i should get for my sierra?

1) you won' t be able to ride real low with a 4x4 because the front axle' s will bind up on you

2) Just take cold weather precautions and your bags will be fine. A cap full of air brake antifreeze will keep the moisture from freezing and make sure your fittings are all good and sealed. When it gets really cold even if you have a small leak in your tank someplace you' ll notice it. I drive my bagged truck through the winter and when it' s warm out i lose no air but when it' s really really cold i' ll lose 10psi or so in my tank over night.

3) For the rear setup you can use any silverado/sierra rear. For the front i' m not 100% sure since i haven' t bagged a 4x4 fullsize yet.
