1990 Full size chevy

I have 1990 Full size chevy i just bought it has a 454 and the rear has flip frame and cnotch with 26 bags he says i need the rest front tanks compressors valves someone help me point me in the rite direction

His name is Jaime. I' m not sure what he drives now, but he used to have a really nice Lightning, with a cantilever rear suspension and shockwaves.
