Hey Guys...im new here and Im looking to Bag my 2000 Ford f-150 Lightning. I have been waiting to do this now for about 2 years and finally the time has come. I have a basic knowledge of what i am looking for as well as what to expect from certain set ups...but my big question is what is the major difference between the Airbar and the parallel 4 link?

Is there any big disadvantage to each or one big plus to each? I am not sure which one to use on my truck.
I am not looking to lay frame, but looking for a nice drop where i am able to go up to ride height again. Nothing to extreme. But after i see the price differnece, i cant help but want to go with the one that is going to save me some money....that is only if i am not going to compromise anything on my truck.

I am looking to also keep my truck a good handling truck. From the factory it andles pretty well and i dont want to loose that.

So....any info regarding these two products would be extrmely helpful in making my final decision.

by the way...my plan for my truck is..
Shockwaves in the front
Ride Pro e2 4100e2 with the Viair upgrade

sorry about posting twice...but i accidently posted my last one before i was finished.

So as i was saying about my planned set up so far....what you see above is my plan for now. The rear is still a question mark....so please give me some advice.

I just wanted to close by saying thanks ahead of time for any and all responses to my post.

They are both parallel 4 links with panhard bars. The AirBar is specifically designed for that vehicle and it bolt on. It also comes with the C notches. The Air 4 link is universal and all weld on. No notches.

The AirBar is much easier to install and it engineered specifically for that vehicle. I would recommend it.
