Hey, I' m currently changing my big red max air management system around because I wasn' t having much luck with the whole digital air pressure thing. I have already hooked up 2 dual needle kp gauges for bag pressure and 1 single for tank pressure and was wondering if and how I would be able to remove my whole digital controller and wire in a switch box. If anyone could chip in and give me any nessassary info that would be great!
Thanks

I' m surprised Darren missed this post, I' m sure he' ll get to it soon, just give it a bump so it gets to the top of the list once in a while..... It shouldn' t be that hard and shouldn' t be much of a problem getting ride of the ECU.... You will lose your ride height presets and features....

Well, you basically have a power and ground wire going to each actuator. Therefore you have 8 wires coming from the ecu. You will just have to hard wire each one into the correct switch. For the tank pressure you will simply have to T into the supply line coming from the tank.

My plan is to order a new harness that plugs into the computer. Cut the plug-in part off and wire those 8 wires that come from the valves into a switch box. I want to order a new one because I don' t want to cut up my present one then if I choose to go back to digital I don' t have to wire the plug-in back onto the wires. This will work will it not. Then I just run a ground and and power to the switch box. I' m pretty much getting rid of everything digital. All air pressures will be seen in my KP gauges. Where the 1/8 lines use to go out of the Big Red Valves to the senors. I now have 1/4 line out of those 4 holes to my gauges. Does this all sound correct. Am I missing anything?
Any and All advice would be great.
Thanks

Sounds good to me, just a matter of some trial and error now... But considering everything is done as easy as it' s said it should work? I can' t see anything wrong with what you described, you seem to have the idea now.
