Darren or Tony:

I need YOUR help about getting my front end alligned ASAP!! The insides of my 2 front tires are down to their belts, completely lost ALL of their rubber and about to explode. I NEED MY FRONT END ALLIGNED. but here' s the catch....my local " FIRESTONE" shop told me that they CAN' T allign my front end, which I know is a load of BS cause both of you (tony and darren) have said it' s possible. You told me that they will just have to tell me what psi to ride the truck at. So why do they tell me they can' t allign my truck???????? Can you please help me out. COULD ONE OF YOU PLEASE CALL MY LOCAL FIRESTONE FOR ME AND SEE WHAT THEIR DEAL IS??? I really need your guys help!!! I will be taking my truck their tomorrow (monday @ 3:00pm). I need new tires for sure, and I' m not leaving until they allign something and make it somewhat better. If you could tell them who I am (Matt Moncada) and what truck I drive (1985 Chevy Silverado C-10). I' ll give you guys a call tomorrow too, in the morning sometime. I really need your help. Here' s the # to my local Firestone shop...815-444-9465 PLEASE HELP ME OUT! I really appreciate it

I changed my mind about where I' m taking my truck. I' m going to " National Tire and Battery" instead of Firestone. They' ve told me NO too many times, I don' t want to spend my $$ there anymore. Here' s the # for National Tire and Battery....815-477-4440 Please help me out. I' ll give you guys a call tomorrow morning(8am chicago time). I would really appreciate a phone call over to that shop for me. You guys know more about what needs to be done for my truck and what they probably need to do to get it alligned correctly. Thanks soo much!!! This MUST be done tomorrow. My tires are gonna blow!! NOT GOOD

i got new front tires at NTB, but they refered me to another " firestone" shop that' s 15 minutes away. I called this " firestone" shop and I guess they have the old school allignment machine where it' s flat and you dont need to drive up ramps. It sounds like I can drive my truck onto his allignment machine at my ride height and he can allign it. I go in wednesday morning for allignment. It sounds as if they CAN do it for me. So it went well..........but to anyone who is reading this, DONT WAIT TO GET YOUR FRONT END ALLIGNED AFTER YOU BAG YOUR TRUCK, GO RIGHT AWAY FOR ALLIGNMENT. I had $1,000 rubber on my rims and 2 of them needed replacing. LESSON LEARNED!! Thanks Darren and Clynt for your concern.
