What is the max pressure this bag can hold?
Are there any ways to prolong the life of one of this bags? ( wash with pressure washer, soap, etc.)
Thanks
Jeremy

The max pressure we recommend is 150 psi. You do not need to put anything on the sleeve assembly itself as long as it does not rub on anything it will last as long as you have the car. The life expectancy of the rubber is around 40 years.

Each 7000-Series Shockwave will lift 780lbs @ 100psi.
So two will lift 1560lbs.
We pressure test multiple Shockwaves each time we build a production run. The air springs themselves will hold above 600psi before the air spring tears and is destroyed. You will never reach this pressure, so have no fear of "blowing up" a bag!
Don't forget to factor in the suspension motion ratio if there is one. In most cases the 7000-Series is used on rear applications with a solid axle, where the motion ratio is very close to 1:1. In this application two 7000-Series Shockwaves will lift 1560lbs of vehicle weight.
If it's used in an independent application, like a SLA set up (like most front end applications) the motion ratio is closer to 2:1, so two 7000-Series Shockwaves will only lift 780lbs of vehicle weight.
Are you working on a 56 Chevy? What rear suspension are you using?
