I guess I am going to try here before i call. I have a 51 Chevy pickup with leaf rear adn I want to be able to drop it on the ground affordably. It has 4" lowering blocks now but i want to drop it!

I see they say take a leaf or two out and use the bag to get back to ride hight but what about getting it on the ground? I do not haul anything but a$$ in this truck and no I don' t let the big girls ride. I don' t have the extra cash for the 4 link system so I am trying to figure it out this way first. Anyone pull all the leafs out but one?

Any negatives as far as rear end ind up or will the bags help control this with the shocks?

Sorry for the newbie questions but I have to start somewhere.

If you are going to low you really need to ditch the leafs and go w/ a 4 link. To get that low you would have to go w/ a monoleaf and probably even a taller block. This will allow massive amounts of spring wrap, most likely causing wheel hop. I would save your $$ and get the 4 link.
