Looks to me like the lower bracket is designed to be welded to the axle.

I bought it as a bolt on kit, So i hope it does not need to be welded, because i dont know how.

Have you contacted the manufacturer? What brand is it? Where was it bought?

Those brackets are designed to take the place of a Coil spring. However you do not have a coil spring, you have torsion bars. Those brackets will not work with your front suspension. The only thing that I have ever seen work with those front ends is using 7000 series Shockwave in place of the shock and then adjusting the torsion bars down about half way. We use this setup on the 68-70 B bodies and the 70-74 E bodies.
