Air over leaf

Can you layframe with an air-over-leaf setup? I have a 70 chevy 3/4 ton i am going to convert to a 1/2 ton soon.

Anything is possible. Your best bet would be a 4 link setup if you are wanting to lay frame. In my opion an air over leaf system is more for helping haul heavy trailers. If you want to lay frame forget about the air over leaf system. To much work.

would a bolt on 4-link for a 1/2ton fit on my 3/4 ton frame w/o to many mods?

He' s right that is just too low for the leafs, they also keep your axle centered left to right and you will lose that stability that low. On that truck I would use the universal weld on 4 link. Works great.
