I have a 63 Impala, when raising the front it doesn't raise completly, esp the driver's side. It gets up high enough for riding. I have two tanks, 3 & 5 gallon in the trunk, I mounted the front valves on the frame, near the firewall & I am using 1/2 " lines. To me it seems as if the pressure pushing to the front isn't strong enough. I ordered 18" Bonspeed Laguna's and I know the front has to get up. Is there anything you suggest that will help me with making the front raise fully? Also will installing drop spindles help with wheel clearance? THANKS

Ride height should be about mid travel. How much air pressure does it take to get to ride height. Which compressor system do you have? How much pressure in the tank? What engine?

I have two tanks, the pressure reads 165 psi. I used the 5 gallon to feed the front bags. I have a 350 Vortec from a 98 Tahoe. I can't remember what compressor I got (i'll check). would using 2" drop spindles help with wheel clearance?

Drop spindles could make it worse as the drop spindle moves the tire further up into the wheel well.
What compressor control system are you using? Is it an electronic unit (like our RideProE2 or LevelPro) or do you have a pressure switch in the tank that turns the compressor on/off and analog gauges for bag pressure? Are the tanks tied together? If not, is the pressure switch/sensor located in the front or rear tank? When the front stops raising what do the front pressures read?
Are you using BigRed valves? You stated you placed the front valves on the frame and are using 1/2-inch line, so if you are using our parts I'd say they are Big Reds.
