Front airstruts 2000 camaro

Looked at my package that I got on Thursday and compared it to the article of the 96. I see no bumpstop but I do have something that looks like a big black dial with threads and a nylock nut. Could those be the new edition bumpstops or are they not the right thing?

Sounds like you may have gotten short bumpstops which are about 1/2" tall. You need the medium stops, which are about 1.5" tall.

So what can be done to remedy this situation? Were the 1.5" bumpstops supposed to come with it and it was overlooked or was it that I had done incorrectly. OR was it not incorrect at all and will work fine and will be safe to lay the car out on those bumpstops. It would be nice to tuck some wheel but I would like to sit on the stop and not on the inside of my fenders. :(

We sent the wrong part. Call us and we will get the correct bumpstops on the way. With the short bumpstop the tire will hit the inner fender first.
