Knowing that the majority of the 73-87 C10 stuff is a direct fit for the 73-82 Blazers, I just wanted to know if the AirBar setup for the trucks would also work on a 2WD Blazer. I looked under "vehicle Type" and it doesn't list it for the Blazer, but wanted to know what was the issue in it fitting/working.

I am interested in putting the whole Street Challenge Setup in my Blazer.

Thanks.

I know that the front is the same, but I'm not sure about he back. I had a customer purchase one of the AirBars for the back and was able to make it work. I think that he had to make a few mods tho.

Thanks for the response. Any way of finding out what had to be done? I'm wanting to install this in my garage and would like to know if it requires welding an such. If not, thanks for your help.

btw...this is what it'll be goin into.

I think that he said the front bar mount didn't quit bolt on since the kickup on the Blazer is a little different. He said that he just welded it on.

Found this page with frame dimensions on it. Looks like the kickup on the pickup is a bit higher. Bolting on our C-notch may be a problem. http://www.chuckschevytruckpages.com/framespecs.html

Thanks alot Darren! That should be fairly simple then, The frame is already notched, so I should be OK.

Thanks for the follow ups!

Fairly healthy 383 with a TH350 right now. Seems to get noticed in traffic, usually by an unsuspecting older lady who jumps out of her skin when I blip the throttle. LOL

Have a Aluminum Headed 421 and a 700R4 from another project that I may swap into it though.

What's in that badass Chevelle?

454. Nothing special, 10:1, iron heads. 387 @ the rear wheels. 350 turbo, but I'm saving for the 700R4. The interior is ripped out right now.... gauges, Vinatage Air, DynaMat and AAW 22 circuit harness. I gotta get working on it, it's starting to get warm.
