I am installing the airbar on my 2005 chevy crew cab and the front hangers are welded on. So lining the upper bar brackets off of the hanger tabs is not possible.
Anyone install this? And/or what is the best way to go about installing the upper bar bracket?

I have had customers that had this same problem, but we have not installed on in house yet. It's just the crew cabs that have this problem. One customer told me that he was able to make the bracket workk, but he also had to shorten the upper bar to correct pinion angle. Can you provide some images?

I dont think I need to shorte the bar. What should the pinion angle be? I am looking at about +3 degrees.
I will probably have to weld shut a hole in the frame where one hole is located on the bracket. Did that other guy ever supply final pictures?

No. It was a couple years ago too, so I don't remember exactly what all he had to do. I'll check on the pinion angle.
