My digital readout will not light up anymore to show the pressures. Everything else works fine but I can't see the pressure. Can I send it back and have it fixed or replaced?

What system do you have? E1, E2, LevelPro, etc. Did you purchase it directly through us?
We'll have you send it in for warranty (if it is still valid) but I need to know a few things about the product. Once we figure this all out we'll provide a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and you'll send the unit in with the RMA written on the outside of the box. This tells the warehouse it's a warranty return.

Take a close look at the harness between the ecu and the control panel. Sometimes the little wires get pulled out of the connector.

Wires are all fine. It started blinking on and off and then one day it just quit showing the readout. When I turn on the headlights, the lights on the adjustment buttons work but I have no readout of the pressures.

Black Plastic ECU or Black Aluminum? Sounds like you have a RidePro e1 system, which has a plastic ecu. Could be either the ECU or the Control panel. If you send them back we can test them. Just give us a call and we can issue you a return #.
