I am looking at bagging my 1988 GMC K-1500 (the K means that it is 4WD), but don' t know what to do with the front. I would like to put Shock Waves on the front but do not know if there is enough clearence. If anyone has done this or knows about someone doing it please let me know. I would like to do this with as little modification as possible. As for the rear, I am looking into a four link system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you want to lower the truck?

Actually, I' m just looking at bagging the truck. If the results give me the ability to lower or raise it a few inches that would be even better, but for right now I' m just looking at improving the ride quality. As of right now the thing rides like it has lead bars for shocks. I would like to be able to drop the front an inch or two just to give it a more aggressive stance, but like I said that' s not the main reason for bagging it.

You can definitely put a bag setup between the leaf and the frame, but it probably won' t help the ride qualitly much. If you remove some of the leafs and use the bag to pick it bag up to height it might help a little.
