just wondering if you guys can help me out. how much travel is there on the air bar from full to flat? and also does it come c-notched a little bit if so how much is it c notched?

That kit is not designed for a C-notch. Fully deflated will put the axle on the frame, about 8" lower than factory. It will have about 7" of travel.
