I have a ' 41 chevy 2 door sedan that' s about to be slammed. I am using the Cool Ride system up front on an aftermarket Mustang Two IFS. and am probably going to use the Air-over- leaf on the rear with a 79 Camero 10 bolt. I just got my front system off the Big Brown Truck today and I am ready to start turnin' wrenches! Is there anyone using this forum who' s had the experience of workin' on a 62 year old Master Deluxe that maight have some words of wisdom to lend?

I' ve never built a ' 41 chevy but I have had alot of experience with MII and Leafs spring suspensions. One of the main things to watch out for when installing an air bag system is to make sure the bags can not rub at any time during suspension travel. On the Air Over leaf you must make sure the bag can not extend past it max height. Even though the fitting have a sealant on them already go ahead and use a little teflon tape. And make sure all airline cuts are straight and made with a razor or tubing cutter.
