If I have 3' ' dropped leaf springs and 4' ' blocks, can I fit the AirOverLeaf in between the frame and spring? If so, how much of a lift can I get out of the rear setup?

You will have to measure it. Measure 6" either in front or behind the axle. The F7076 bag with bracketry needs about 7" between the frame and leaf.

Will the bag collapse more than 7' ' once installed? If not, how do people do this with AirOverLeaf?
If my plastic is laying on the ground with 3' ' drop leafs and 4' ' blocks, how far will AirOverLeaf lift my truck?
Thanks for answering these Darren,
Mike

How come you have to install it a 7' ' then?

Sorry 5-6" . You want to drive with at least 3" of compression and 2" of rebound to get a good ride quality.
