03' Ford Crown Vic LX Sport w/ air ride

I have been interested in lowering my car for some time. What is the best way and most cost effective way to lower it with the stock air bags (if possibe)? I was looking at the regulators. Not sure if i'm on the right course. I just want to lower it about 3-4".

on mine i just re"made" all of the system and added a switch panel and valves on the stock bags, for the front my dad helped me fab up some mounts and mounted bags and wired it up!! At least if not more a 3-4in drop it almost lays frame.......
