Could someone please give me some measurements of what ride height would be if I used the recomended shockwaves and airbar 4 link for the truck?
I have 22x10's all round and I 'm running the same rolling diameter as factory.
Also how low the truck will sit when laid out? Bascially all I need to know is wheel to fender clearences at ride height and laid out. I also have Belltech drop spindles fitted.

The Shockwaves will drop it about 6" from stock height. Obivously the drop spindles will drop it another couple inches from there. Here is an image of our 01 SuperCrew. It has stock height spindles on it tho. The drop spindles didn't exist back then.

Darren,
How could you descibe the feel of the ride with shockwaves?
I'm not into going up and down fast. I'm just into being able to lay the truck out.
Would the cool ride kit give more lift? and I have 22x10's all round with 285/35/22 tyres, would they touch the external shock? Remember my truck is a 03 Harley.

Yes, with that wide of a tire you will run into shock clearance problems with the CoolRide kit. Although the CoolRide kit does have a little more travel, the Shockwaves will have over 5" of travel which is plenty.
Being able to adjust the air pressure and the dampening of the shock gives you the option of having a nice plush ride quality or a firm corner carving ride.

Ben,
I just finished up my build on my 2002 Lightning, and I cannot speak highly enough of how great it is, the ride quality is nothing short of amazing, and it handles better than it ever has in the past.
Here is a picture of my rear setup, mind you I made a custom 3-link suspension, but it is to give you a view of my clearance between the framerails and my 20x11" wheels, they have a 6.25" backspacing, and there was a ton of room.

With those drop spindles, as long as your front wheels are the proper width and have the right backspacing, you will be stuffing them into the fenders with ease.

Sorry to drag up an old thread but at ride height what is the drop with the shockwaves? Also, anyone used the shockwave with aftermarket A-Arm, particularly the Western Chassis drop arm? I am begining a full build on my 03 supercrew in a pro-touring type theme. The shockwaves seem like the right path but I want to make sure I will get the stance I am looking for. Since I plan to run wide wheels 22X10 up front and either 22 or 24x12's out back an external shock is more than likely not a workable solution. Any info from guys running these is greatly appreciated.

They will offer about a 3" drop at ride height.

Will they work with a drop arm? Or at least have you seen it done? So with the 2" drop arm and 3" Shockwave I would have a nice 5" drop from stock, which should be just about perfect for ride height. When I air them out how much more drop will I get, not that I care about laying frame but at local GTG's I would like to air it out.

Have not tried it w/ a dropped arm yet. I'd go for drop spindles.

Already have the drop arms as part of my static drop, don't really want to have to go back to the sock arms and buy spindles. I am suprised if no one has ever tried to mount on a F150 drop arm, especially given that the drop spindles for F150's have only been out a few years. Thanks for the info.

I have not done one of these trucks in years but i have done a few diff ones.
The ones i did were built to lay frame on 22's. And i always ditched the dropped control arms they just arent ever a good choice. We always used the stock arms and remodified them a lil using a crystler screw in ball joint and reremaing the spindles..But no need for me to get into all that jazz cause they have a spindle now..lol So long story short deff would purcahse the spindles for your application...
