Hello all,
I am finally getting ready to bag my 65 fastback. Mainly for clearance issues for my turbo setup. Of course I want to go the cheapest way. I already have air compressor and tank and switch/gauge from my previous set up on my chevy truck, so I will reuse they. I’m mainly concerned with front right now and what kind of up down travel it will give me. Here’s a pic of the car now with about a 2.5” drop in the front and 2” in the rear.Has anybody done this or have any pics?? What will I need besides the shockwaves.

Thanks,
Mario

You will just need the Shockwaves part # SKW1023. They will come with everything you need need to attach it to the strut tower and the factory arms.
We do offer tubular StrongArms as well..... ;)

Ride height will be about the same, maybe just a tick higher. Fully deflated will be about 3" lower. There is about 5" of travel overall.

No it will not hit the frame. The boss' 69 also has the dropped upper control arm mount, which helps the car handle better and gives it an additional 1" of drop.
