My car has had this product on since summer of 06. I've gone thru 3 sets of rear air strut, becuase the rod on the inside keeps breaking *somehow* and pops thru. It has been warrantied each time by the manufacturer, but i'm still getting hte same problem.
I've been told that it's because i ride too low, and that its putting too much stress on the rear. but that's impossible because i have a body kit on my car, as well as exhaust, and i can't drive low or i scrape.
so i need help as to what is causing the problem. The same company that installed the kit (M.I.C in Chino CA) has been dealing with this, and they don't know what the problem is either. but almost like clockwork, every 6-8 months the rear pops (always the passenger side) and i'm without a car for at least a week.
