I just purchased a 98 dodge dakota. It has 10 switches for the airide. The dual pumps in a single 5 gallon tank is not enough to do anything but going up and down. When I do revirse pancake (lift to max height) the backs will go all the way up by the time it hits 60 LB but the fronts will only go up half way and I have to wait for the system to reach 165 before getting normal drive height. The compressors are rated for 150psi 100% duty. I am planning on getting another tank probably a 12 gallon with 4 pumps for the fronts. The 2 compressors and the 5 gallon will perate the backs. I was wondering is the 12 gallon a smart choice for a truck that can lay frame. I was told by the guy that built the airide system that the front bags are rated at 360psi. What pumps operate at near 300psi and if any of them are 100% duty. I plan on takeing to shows and would like to be able to hit seesaw or side to side and it accually look like its on hydrolics minus the jumping.

150 psi should be enough, but you could go to another 5 gal. tank and another compressor. If you raise the front first it would help, since the front takes more pressure.

What im trying to do is be able to use more of the switches besides front back and 4 individual. I am unable to do seesaw, or side to side. I have the switches to be able to but even when the tank is charged and go from <back up, front down> to its opposite It takes too long for the fronts to raise. That is with the compressors set at 165. I was hopeing you guys sold compressors around 300+psi. If not could you point me to someone that does. Or would I be able to replace the bags for a bag that can lift greater weight with less pressure.

To put a bigger bag in there will most likely require more trimming. I don' t think that anyone sells 300 psi compressors.
