Hey guys.
I have an Australian car,a Holden FC which you obviously have no kit for. It runs a double wishbone independant front and leaf rear.I would like to run shockwaves front and rear. I have a few questions about an airbag install.
-The spring pockets on the front are quite small. I think the max bag diameter on the front would be 5.5". As the V3 is 6.5" can any of the other shockwaves fit? Or am I stuck with having to run a small diameter airbag and relocating the shock?
-Can I remove some leave springs and run a shockwave in place of the standard shock. Is there anything that would not allow me to do this. ie angle shock has to sit to utilize factory connection points. If this is possible does it put alot of stress on the top mount where it bolts to floor of car and onto the leaf spring sandwich plate shock pin(that the shock currently bolts to)
-Looking at the different length shock waves. If a certain length shockwave (as an example) has a collapsed length of 12",ride height of 15" and extended length of 17" can it be driven at a ride height of either 14" or 16"?
-Can the front and rear be set to completely different pressures to get correct ride height front/rear especially if different length shockwaves or different spring systems are used front and rear?
Please help me out as I'm doing my head in trying to figure out how I'm going to get it all to work.
Thankyou
