I have everything hooked up exactly as the drawing provided with the system. Skw7001-com, check, double check, triple check but I can not get the pump to activate. It is like there is no voltage going to the pump. the volt meter says there is voltage at the pump but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong.

How much voltage do you have on the Orange wire at the compressor? I assume the Black wire has a good ground? Check resistance between the black wire and the negative battery post just to make sure.

If you definitely have plenty of voltage and a good ground, then you may have a bad compressor, which is pretty unlikely. I have never seen one bad right out of the box. But anything is possible. In that event give me a call, we have a warranty on it.

If you have voltage at the pump (above 10V), then my next guess would be ground.

You were right Darren. I was testing it with a 12 volt converter @ 15 amps. It has a auto kick off in case of a short. When the compressor would not start and the converter would kick off I ASSUME it had a short. When I hooked it direct to the Battery it took off like a champ.
I am not sure how to use the adjustments at the Bottom of the shock.(shockwave) could you fill me in on there use and how too.

That knob is for dampening of the shock absorber, the more you turn it clockwise, the firmer the shock will get. As a rule, we turn one click to the right for every 10 PSI of air to the bags and adjust to liking from there.

On a light car like yours, you will only need 1-2 clicks.
