I have the Big Red 4 way setup in my truck. On one of my switches, the up button stopped working. It's been working intermittently for a few weeks. The down button of the switch works fine. I did change the actual switch several times, and it still does the same thing. The light on the down button was dim, and it would go off when I pressed the up button. Where should I start to look to fix this? Thanks!

Let's start with which control system you have. We have many different systems which use switches. Do you know the part number?
Do the switches look like this:

Light:
The light will turn off when the button is pressed as it removes the ground from the light. This is normal.
Where to look:
Since you have replaced the switch I'd look at the wiring. Locate the wire that triggers the inflate that is not working. Use a voltmeter to see if there is 12V when the button is pressed. If there is 12V we need to look at the inflate valve. If there is not 12V we need to look at the wiring and/or switch.

Right now I have a valve for my front drivers side airbag and a valve for my front passenger side airbag. The switch that isn't working is for my front passenger side airbag. If I connect both of my front bags to the drivers side valve that's working, I can at least drive it until I can find the problem. If I do that, will I need to plug the outlet in the passenger side valve?

No you do not need to plug the valve.
