I've had a complete RideTech setup on my 2000 Silverado for 8 years now and am having problems with the solenoids leaking, mostly leaking up, but now sometimes also leaking down.

When I installed the system, installing a filter/separator between the tank and solenoids was not the norm and as such, i've gotten very good at tearing down and cleaning the solenoid blocks.

This week I finally got around to installing a filter (and quick disconnect for airing up tires and whatnot) in line with the system, however even after tearing down the valves twice, i'm still getting a leak up. I will try to tear down the system a 3rd time (hopefully its the charm) and use shop air to try and blow every last speck of rust and debris from the valve block, but over these years, the rubber diaphragm that actually seals the valve has worn into the shape of the raised hole in the center of the valve block and no amount of cleaning is going to fix that rubber or strengthen the springs inside.

Is there a general supplier of those valves so that I can get replacement parts, or do you have extras in the shop that are for sale?

I have the original 1/4" ride-pro f/b/s/s solenoids.

Are the actuators on top gold or black? I would also suggest cleaning out the tank. It may be rusting pretty bad by now. We try to use Aluminum tanks in all the new kits.

The actual actuator with the wires running to it is black but it has a gold metal sleeve with an AirRide spec sticker holding it on. If need be, I can get a photo this evening to determine the exact model.

If I were going to take the tank off to clean it, i'd just replace it at that point as there is no way to drain the tank or coat the inside otherwise.

Is that the plunger/poppet and spring? Or does it include the body that holds the poppet/o-rings, etc?

Plunger and spring only.
