I have air ride on my 99 f350. When the truck is at lowered ride height it wants to hit the front air bags the driver side is worse then the pass side. What am i doing wrong. Also the truck has drive shaft vib at 35, 55. All the u joints are fine also. Can i adjust the upper bars to and pioin angle. And if so how much can i turn them out. Need help getting ready to go to bowling green Ky for a Nmra race. Thanks Rick

Come on guys I need some help. Also what size is the fitting for the front air bag. I broke it last night while I was replacing a bag.

Air Spring contact:
what/where does the bag hit? It should not contact anything while going through the entire suspension travel.
Driveline vibration:
Yes, the bars can be turned to correct the pinion angle. What are the current angles of the transmission and rear end?

Does the vibration get better or worse under acceleration or deceleration?
On that truck, if you drive it lower than ride height and turn the wheel to lock the tire will rub the air spring. Drive it at ride height and you won't have any problems.

Ok on the front end it will hit the out side of the bag when in lowered stance. Its hitting on the top side of the bag. The tire is rubbing on the bag. For the drive shaft I know it drive shaft vib. Its at 35mph and at 55-60mph when at these speed take your foot of the gas the noices will get less. At it does not matter if its lowered or rasied stance. As for pioin agle I will be checking it on tuesday, I all ready had the truck apart be for I messd it.

If the noise goes away under deceleration then the pinion is too high. Lower it one degree at a time and see if it gets better.
That kit comes with a new carrier bearing plate. Was it used?
