one more ?. i plan on getting a fuel cell and mounting it in the bed. would a triangulated 4 link be better than a parallel? it would eliminate me having to have a panhard bar, plus it would be a little cheaper. what do you guys think?

You will not be able to use the triangulated 4 link without switching over to a 9" rearend. The problem lies in the width of the frame rails. To get enought angle on the upper bars to control lateral movement you must weld the upper bar mount directly to the center section, and the GM corporate axle in it is cast and you can not weld to it.
For the parallel 4-link we have 2 different length bar: 23" c-c & 32.5" c-c
I don' t think it would be too hard of an install on the Tacoma, but we have not done one before.
You could probably use our universal kit though.

thanks for your help. what' s the c-c mean on the bar length? which one would i need so that it does not mount over the front hanger? thanks again

That is center to center length. You will have to measure it to see about where it will sit. Usually we use the longer on those trucks.
