Does anyone know what might be my problem! I seem to be loosing preasure on my rear bags. I currently have the digital 4000 gauge with the ride pro system and for the rear I have the airbar. I have checked everything, but somehow I' m loosing preasure within a 1/2 hour to an hour. I connected the grey wires from the hareness to the gauge and the red wires to the power, is there another wire that needs to be connected or could someone provide a wiring diagram? I need help right away!!!

Do you have a 4 way or 2 way?
It sounds like you just have a leak, I don' t think its anything electrical. Get a bottle of soapy water and spray all the fitting.
Let us know what happens.

Its a 4 way. Just check each fitting with soapy water.

Yes, and since you have a 4 way kit there are probably 2 leaks.

I checked and tightened all fittings and there is no leak on any fittings from the solenoids to the bags, but I forgot to check the air tank! Question: Where does the Red & Grey wires from the switches connect to? Would it make a difference if the front bags are not connected yet?

Yea that would make sense. The air pressure in the tank is what keeps the valves closed, so if tank pressure goes below bag pressure it will equalize and the rear will lose pressure.

The red wire goes to key hot and the grey wire goes to the bulb on the gauge.

Which is the bulb on the gauge? What color? I have a digital gauge.

Red, you should have a diagram for the Digital. If not let me know and I can fax you them.

The air pressure in the tank is what keeps the valves closed, so if tank pressure goes below bag pressure it will equalize and the rear will lose pressure.

Would adding a check valve between the tank and solenoids be an OK thing to do to prevent a loss of bag pressure should the tank lose pressure?

No reason to add a crutch, just fix the leak.

I was thinking more in the case of popping a fitting on the tank side of the system.

I' m not sure if this is a large help, but spraying the fittings and everything with soapy water did a world of wonders when i first installed all the air ride stuff on my Lincoln. I kept loosing air as you did in about a 2 hour period and realized that i had a compressor leak. Alot of times the humidity and wheather changes affect the lines and fittings, so just giving you my opinion. :)
