I got a 99 tahoe that I' m bagging right now. I bought your front and rear 4 link kit. But my question is if I want to lay out on a 245-40-18 do I need to cut down the upper cup and trim the spring pocket? The tahoe is running 2 inch drop spindles. I could figure this out on my own but I would like to hear from others.[:-]

You would probably want to use our tubular upper and lower control arms also, to fix the ball joint angles and camber.

I' m going to run the stock control arms- If I was running 20' s on the tahoe I would run your control arms but i' m not. So how much do I need to take off the top mount to get it to lay out or with in an inch. I plan on notching the frame and trimming the spring pocket.

Well for every inch you take off it will lower the truck about 1.5" .

I would run their control arms regardless of what tire size I was using since the camber is whacked whether you run 20' s or 18' s or even 15' s.

Yea thats a good point, they also give needed clearance with the frame.
