Our Shockwaves will fit in the front without any welding, but you will have to trim the coil spring pocket a little. I used this kit on my 70 Chevelle. I did the trimming with die grinder and a cut off wheel. It was pretty easy.

The back is completely bolt on, no trimming or welding.

oh ok, well will i be able to put the stock springs back if i ever wanted to go original? and with the shockwaves will that give me the adjustable suspension i want to set the car down on the wheels? what do you reccomend running in the back? a monoleaf set up or like a bolt in link setup?

The frame trimming that is necessary on the front coil spring pocket is mostly to the outside of the pocket and will in no way affect putting the coil springs back into the car.

The rear of that car actually has a triangulated 4 link with coil springs. We will simply pull the coil springs out and bolt an air spring and bracket setup in place. I also make tubular arms to replace the factory rear trailing arms.
