I have a ' 99 VW GTi and i was wondering what modifications are necessary to install the AirStruts. Should i worry about wheel tub issues? How big of a wheel/tire combo can i use? Any information is greatly appreciated.:)

Actually we don' t have the AirStrut ready for that car yet. It will be bolt-in though. The rear kit is ready.

When is it planned to be released?

No date yet. At least a couple months.

Also, since AirStruts are only 4 inches of travel and other bags are 8 inches, does this change what kind of air compressor system i need? I was looking at the 2-way ridepro and it says 8-10 second rise time. will mine be 4-5 seconds? or are the times all the same?

I don' t know about any rise times on air struts but i have them installed in a 96 lincoln mark VIII, with much modification and fabrication, but as far as air rise time, my front end is much heavier then my rear and, yet the air struts shoot up alot faster and harder, so i don' t know if the rise time you were looking at was correct. 8 seconds? 4 seconds? try about a half second, but i might be calculating something different, any questions just ask...
